- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently purchased an A5 GSM Alarm Auto-Dialler and SMS Sender from Advent Controls. Essentially to enable me to keep track of any triggering of my house alarm when I am not at home. At present I have programmed the alarm to text my mobile when the mobile is set, when the alarm is sounding and when the alarm has stopped . Help and Support Advent Controls have provided two excellent videos, one concerning programming/ communicating the dialler directly from your mobile and, the other demonstrating how to programme/communicate with the dialler directly from your PC. Advent also provide a detailed instruction/ programming booklet which they shipped to me with the dialler. To this end I cannot fault Advent, unfortunately , this cannot be said about talking directly to them as, when I tried to do this I was greeted by an answers phone, and any messages left by me were ignored. I also tried unsuccessfully to contact them by email, but once again my messages went unanswered.By Admin, March 09, 2019
