- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆For the past two years I have visited the Meadows usually wit h six or eight of my friends all male ex work colleagues and all retired. We usually go once a month and have a meal and a couple of drinks. The meals have been excellent and there is such a good choice. Most of us prefer the fish and chip meals which have always been perfect. Very reasonable prices for drinks and meals. Staff are always friendly and reserve a table for us each time we visit. We had our Christmas dinner here and that too was excellent with a choice of season menu. Looking forward to our next visit. Ample parking at rear.
