  Avoid at all costs! This is the worst business I have ever come across. We left our car for a week and when we picked it up, we found 2 pieces of paper stuck in the passenger window. Not thinking, I pulled one out and my husband pulled the other. The window promptly fell down. I went to ask the girl what the heck was going on and what happened to our window. "I dont know, there wasnt a report attached to the key, so not our fault. Perhaps you brought it in like that?" Yeah, right...Then the manager came out to see what was going on. She was argumentative, aggressive and rude. She wouldnt allow the assistant to give me her name (because if you want to them to court, you must have a name!) She took my number and said shed check it out (which is their standard - they will never call you). No one would help us with the window (we had to drive home 45min with no glass in it.) My husband went in to ask for a claim form. "We dont have claim forms," was the answer. The woman then got in her car and drove away, leaving us.The cars window regulator was broken - cost us 80 quid to fix. (Mechanic said it was probably broken into when someone left the key in the ignition and the car self-locked. They could have waited till we got back!) We wrote several letters, as advised by Consumer Advice (useless). All were ignored - they know most people wont pay court costs etc. for such sums. (Even if you won, youd still have to go back to court to force them to pay b/c they would just ignore the courts decision.) This place is terrible, if anything happens to your car they will take no responsibility and treat you like rubbish in the process - BE AWARE - IF YOU GIVE THEM YOUR KEYS, YOU INVALIDATE YOUR INSURANCE!
