- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was unemployed but self referred when I attended this centre. I was told that not matter how we arrive to the centre, if we miss an appointment they will contact the jobcentre. I explained that I havent been sanctioned so does this rule apply to me? They insisted it did. After researching I found that the information they had given me was totally wrong. This wasnt the only thing that was fabricated during my day there. This centre was really bad and the member of staff who was training us didnt have a clue what he was doing. The whole incentive system is rigged and no matter how smart or hard working you are, the likelihood of you actually receiving any reward is highly unlikely. I suggest you ask what percentage of clients receive the incentive. This isnt training this is profiteering. I scored a top mark for both however, I felt that I was unfairly treatedBy Admin, July 20, 2019
