Pre booked to park in a Q-Park in Liverpool,I thought they had plate recognition when you entered and left the car park. When we went to leave there we had to pay again, as there was no one around to speak to and the machine did not recognise the voucher. We paid cash at the machine so had no proof we had paid twice. And even in todays high tech world the company says they cannot tell if we used our voucher or not so would not refund either payment that we made. My advice is use another company because if you get in difficulty they are not helpful at all.
