- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆STUDENT AT LIVERPOOL UNIVERSITY My daughter rents a house through R House Lettings in Penny Lane. I have had occasion to the threaten the staff with reporting them to the health and safety authorities in order to get a working toilet in my daughters house. The staff are rude , never believe anything you say and argue with you about what basic work might need done. The houses are not well maintained and many of my daughters friends houses are falling down with neglect, devaluing the owners property significantly. Meanwhile, the owners believe their property is being well maintained and looked after by the R House handyman, who is seriously overworked and probably underpaid for all the abuse he might get when he eventually arrives at a property.By jo, July 26, 2017
