- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I visited this place recently and was disgusted. There were blokes standing right outside the main door snorting cocaine and smoking weed. They kept coming in and out of the place and Im very surprised the staff didnt kick them out for good. They had an amateur DJ in the corner who was playing some sort of dance/rave music which was totally out of place for the type of pub it was and I felt sorry for the old geezers inside who had to listen to it. I just hope the pub isnt their local! There were teenagers hanging around outside and 2 young girls came in, one of them trying to hide a bottle of wine in her coat. They had the nerve to ask me if I would go the bar for them and buy them a vodka. The middle-aged woman with the awful tattoos behind the bar was rude and was more concerned about getting drunk than about chucking the drug scum and scallies out of the pub. Clearly they were her mates...would explain a lot. Ive heard good and bad things about this place and maybe I just caught it on one of its bad nights but I certainly wont be going there again.By jesushchrist, March 22, 2019
